Trial Law

In law, a trial is an event in which parties come together to resolve a dispute and present information, in the form of evidence, in a formal setting, usually a court, before a judge, jury, or other designated finder of fact, in order to achieve a resolution to their dispute.  Trials can be categorized in several ways but two of the most common are jury trials and bench trials.  Jury trials are held before a group of objective members of the community and bench trials are held solely before a judge.   There are also distinctions amongst those categories.    For example, a criminal trial is designed to resolve accusations brought by the government against a person accused of a crime versus a civil trial usually held to settle a dispute between private parties.
We are prepared to go to trial for our clients and we have the experience that can enable a favorable outcome in civil trials.  Our firm goes the distance to flush out all possible avenues of recovery and to protect your rights to allow the recovery of all of which you are entitled consistent with the law.
